[kernel hangs after reboot when built w/o SysV IPC options]

Well... I remember when I tried to build a 'lean' kernel some time ago
(must have been from July -current sources) adding and removing the SysV
IPC options toggled this reboot behaviour. I am going to look into this
again as soon as my -current sources build again.
