As I recall, that was just about the time that Apple started quoting the 
chip clock speed rather than the external bus speed.  So, a 68040/66 runs 
the chip at 66MHz but the bus still runs at 33MHz.  They just got tired 
of people comparing their (Apple's) bus speed specs with the chip speed 
specs that the Win-Tel used.
