I noticed that the lynx binary from ftp.uni-regensburg.de, as well
as the one from puma exhibit the same strange behavior, which someone told
me was a bug in my curses lib: *all* links are highlighted, with only the
cursor telling you which one you're one.
I found this incredibly annoying, so I got the source for lynx2.6
myself, compiled it, and voila! (The same problem).. So I compiled with
netbsd-ncurses option (I have ncurses installed), and it works
beautifully. The offshoot of all this is that if anyone wants a binary of
lynx2.6 with some of the cool options turned on, and without the
highlighting weirdness (ncurses is statically linked in, so you don't have
to have ncurses installed), I can put it up for ftp anywhere anyone
wants...

Must use fewer words,
David Bushong
