Help me?

I've got a Mac II 8/160, FPU and (I thought) the PMMU. Under booter 1.9.4 
I get a message to the effect of "you need a PMMU (68851) or an '030 to 
run netBSD/Mac". What is the number on the 68851 CHIP so i can check the 
HW myself? Has anyone else had this problem?
