Support for both is in the standard distribution, so you don't need
to compile anything.

Look on the FAQ for info on how to set either one up. The PPP FAQ is
in my private directory, ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/private/wrstuden
and I think it's named ppp.how-to.tgz (it's been a while).
