This is become absolutely terrible.  I can't use this machine for anything
useful anymore.  This file system corruption is dibilatating.

What can I do to help further the cause against media errors??

I'm going to buy a Toby card so I can go back to NFS_22 and see if that
helps.

Please, I'll do (almost) anything...
