Well, I made a few tweaks to my makefile and eliminated the .include, and
it's working somewhat now. I still don't know how to change the compiler
used by the implicit rules, though. I'll probably have to redefine that
particular rule (.c .o) by pulling a line or two out of bsd.prog.mk.
