Either the EZbug (TM) creamed your partition or you don't have the correct
path for vipw set in your shell. Look in /bin, /sbin, /usr/bin,
/usr/sbin, /etc, and so on, until you find vipw ( I forget where it really
is ) and type PATH=$PATH":xxxxxx", replacing the x's with wherever you
find vipw. Or do you need those quotes? Experiment. I forget. Then,
export PATH once it starts working.

Hope that helps,
