Hi,

Is anyone else using a current kernel with a Lapis
brand video card?

Current kernels won't boot on my SE/30 with
a lapis procolorserver 8.16 (In both 640x480 and
832x624 modes at 1 bit)

It hangs relatively early in the boot.

Bootstrapping NetBSD/mac68k
Getting mapping from MMU.
System RAM = 20971520 bytes in 5120 pages.
     Low = 0x0, high = 0x1400000
  no internal video at address 0 -- videoaddr is 0xf9000004
Done.
Bootstrapping the pmap system.
Pmap bootstrapped.
Moving ROMBase from 0x40800000 to 0x9f5000.
Video address 0x9000004 -> 0xbf5004

<It hangs here with no drive activity. Reset switch
 doesn't do anything>

I just recently installed Steve's snapshot and using
his generic kernel. Older kernels I have continue to
boot fine with no changes in setup...
(The odd thing is that the ROMBase and video address
 get moved to different addresses depending on what
 mode the video card is in 680x480 vs. 832x624 vs. 1024x768...)

Anybody have any ideas what changed?

Thanks!
Kevin
