To the best of my knowledge only the ADB (and I guess internal video) are 
working on the 660av.  However, the scsi is almost certainly not working 
at the moment.  The ethernet is probably not working either.  
Unfortunately, most of the '040-based macs are not working for this 
reason.  So, this is probably not the most viable machine.

with the one additional caveat that ethernet does now work (at least on 
some kernels) on the LCIII.

The only ethernet cards that do work currently are based on the 8390 
chip.  Cards based on the SONIC chip (which I think includes the built-in 
ethernet of most of the newer machines) _does_not_currently_work.  Work 
is in progress on this, but it's coming along rather slowly.

Currently, I think that the best machine for NetBSD is a IIci with an 
Asante ethernet card and as much RAM as you can put in it.  It has fully 
working ADB and at least external video (I don't think I've tried using 
internal video), and the Asante card works quite well on it.  Although 
some of the '040 machines are probably faster, none of them are fully 
working yet (to the best of my knowledge, anyway).
