	* Put the booter and a binary-downloaded kernel in a folder on
	  the machine
	* Start the booter and set it to read the kernel from MacOS
	* Save preferences and quit the booter

If you're running System 7, you don't need a bootable floppy, but you do
need to make sure that Mode32 (version 7.5 from Apple) is installed and
enabled, and that the memory control panel settings are for 32-bit
addressing on and VM off.

If you're not running system 7:

	* make a floppy with a minimal system 7 on it
	* put Mode32 version 7.5 from Apple on the floppy
	* boot that floppy and set the memory control panel to
	  32-bit addressing on, VM off
	* reboot

Now, double check the memory control panel settings, and try to start
the booter and try to start the boot.
