Ah, hmm shoot I don't remeber but I do have perl 5.002 installed on
my mac. I don't know how it got there. I was a previously posted
message on how to get around this error. It looks familiar to me.
I tar'd and gzip'd the perl5 binaries and lib which should go in
/usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib/perl5 accordingly. So if I did
it right they it might work for you I don't know. I put it at
unix.wit.org/macbsd/perl-5.002.tar.gz.
