Looking at this a little more...

The "Unknown Macintosh" string does not appear in any of the output from
Slots for slot 0.  It seems that the sResource directory that the format
block at the end of ROM points at, has only one entry.

The Slot 0 sResource directory that Slots program reports is located a few
bytes after the bogus ROM sResource directory.
