Well, I'm not best qualified to answer this, but basically it's a fake VIA2
chip with nearly, but not quite, the same register set/interface as a
proper VIA2.  It handles, among other things, the slot interrupts on LCs,
IIsis, IIv{i,x}, I think, probably quite a bunch of performas (500 series,
600 series).

And I;m trying to persuade the one in my LCIII to give me ethernet
interrupts but not video interrupts, or alternatively, find out how to deal
with the video interrupts.
