Hi,

A few days ago I mentioned that I could not boot using a serial console on
a P550. Before I changed kernals to Generic #53 from #52, I could boot to
a serial port without a problem. Although I had the correct prefs for the
booter, I would always boot to the screen (that's a problem on the P550
right now). I tried an experiment and changed kernals from #52 to #53.
After this change, things were back to normal again. Anyone know what's
different in #53 that would cause this problem?
