I can format PD disk.  I wonder tpc=4 and noc=1600 (capacity=128M) are
the correct value, but I can.

I pay ca $660 for PD drive (included shipping and handling).
One PD disk has 650Mb capacity.  Recent price in Japan is ca 3700 yen
(= ca $40).  (This price is chieaper than in US (^_^).)
Therefore, in case I have only one PD disk, calculated cost/1Mb
is $1.1.  In case 2 PD disks, it is $0.6.
