Motif is a commercial product developed by OSF. You can *buy* the
source by paying them a big $$$. Some companies are selling *binary*
Motif development kits (= headers/libraries/man pages, w/o source) for
things like FreeBSD and Linux (and maybe NetBSD/i386), but apparently
there's no such thing for NetBSD/m68k.

BTW, if you just want NCSA Mosaic, I have the binary, originally ftped
from a German NetBSD/Amiga site, at:

	ftp://remus.rutgers.edu/pub/NetBSD/goodies/

There are a couple of other Web browsers, arena and chimera, in the
same directory.
