Your best bet is to get the following files:

ftp://puma.bevd.blacksburg.va.us/pub/NetBSD/X/X.11Mar95.tgz
ftp://puma.bevd.blacksburg.va.us/pub/NetBSD/X/Xmacbsd.950912

The first is the entire X distribution compiled for NetBSD/mac68k.
The second is a newer version of the X server for NetBSD/mac68k. Make
sure that you install the new X server last, as it contains several fixes
to the earlier X server. Also, make sure that your monitor is set to
1-bit mode before booting NetBSD.

Finally, if you really are new to NetBSD/mac68k, please fill out the user
survey form at:

http://puma.bevd.blacksburg.va.us/~spearce/add.html

I hope this helps.

Later.
