Are the X11R6 binaries for MAC available anywhere?  I installed 
NETBSD ona IIsi (cool!) and although the archives of this list
hint of the existence of binaries, I have yet to find them.

I'd prefer not to build from scratch, but tips on that are welcome
as well.

(I Installed NETBSD-1.1, by the way, and got it working with an 
Asante ethernet card after much wailing and gnashing of teeth....)
