That depends on whether you want to use the terminal as a serial console.
If you want to use it as the console, you'll need a kernel that supports
serial consoles.  As this is an issue I'm currently struggling with, I
can't give  you much help.  (I can't get my kernel to re-compile -- more on
this later)

If you just want to be able to log in from additional terminals, that's
quite easy.  All you have to do is enable the modem and/or printer ports
for logins.  You'll need to edit your /etc/ttys file to do that.  The
format of the file is pretty strait-forward, and you can get more info on
it by consulting the man page for ttys.  Here's an important tip: In the
ttys file, the lines that begin with tty00 and tty01 represent the modem
and printer ports, respectively.

BTW, I'm assuming that you have NetBSD/mac68k running, anf that you can log
in from your mac's keyboard, if not, send another message and I (or someone
else) will explain all the gory details.
