The easiest way, probably, is to set up a serial login (assuming you
don't have ethernet between them).  You run a serial cable between the
two systems.  It will need to be a null-modem cable.  Make sure that
ZTerm on both machines can talk if you think everything is configured
right.  Then, on the machine running NetBSD, edit /etc/ttys and
/etc/gettydefs--look at the man pages if it's not clear what to change.
The modem port in /dev/tty00 and the printer port in /dev/tty01.  I
usually use 9600 or 19200 with N-8-1.

If you want to set up the SE/30 to run SLIP or PPP service, that can be
more fun...
