Here's mine:

gateway# ifconfig -a
ae0: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST>
        inet 193.78.85.3 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 193.78.85.255
lo0: flags=8009<UP,LOOPBACK,MULTICAST>
        inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 0xff000000
ppp0: flags=51<UP,POINTOPOINT,RUNNING>
        inet 193.78.85.3 --> 193.79.246.2 netmask 0xffffff00
ppp1: flags=10<POINTOPOINT>
sl0: flags=c010<POINTOPOINT,LINK2,MULTICAST>

It looks more sane to me.

Oops..now we're going beond my knowledge.
I have experienced the kvm_reads but don't know the how and when anymore.

I took David's NetBSD/mac68k searchengine on:
http://netbsd.dstc.edu.au/WP/staff/david-leonard/ml.html
(ThanX David)

This gave 3 artikles about it. "Brad Salai" <bsalai@milhouse.servtech.com>
had the error and
me and Jason Thorpe <thorpej@nas.nasa.gov> both thought is was a versionerror:

Hope this helps, let me hear the progress,
