Yes, but not the way you might think. I have booted kernels to a
shell prompt on my Q700, but only with the SCSI disabled. I have
been fooling with the SCSI driver and currently seem to be missing
an expected interrupt. I'll be getting back to that when I finish
my current project. You're welcome to help port when I get the SCSI
going. In the meantime, you'd need access to a system running
NetBSD/m68k or to a system that's got a cross-development
environment set up.
