Yuck.  Are you running /netbsd or, e.g., /netbsd.test?  libkvm expects
to get symbols, etc. from /netbsd.  Now, the odd one is the fbaddr,
above.  That's way off and the kernel reports that back directly,
so it should work no matter what the running kernel's name is.  Is
X working?  How about dt?
