Unfortunately, there isn't anything available at the moment.  I,
and anyone else who's had interest in working on it, hasn't had the
necessary conjunction of time and effort to get it really rolling.
In the current NetBSD world, we really want an m88k/ELF toolchain,
and that does not currently exist--in fact, m88k stuff is slowly
disappearing from GNU tools for lack of maintainers.  I think I might
have someone convinced to help change that and add support for m88k/ELF
for NetBSD.  That would significantly lower the bar for the kernel
work.

Which model do you have?  I have docs on a couple of different models,
but not all, by any stretch...
