Right now it's just a shortage of CPU. pbulk runs in the order that pbulk 
runs in, and some of these packages are quite far down the list:

2968:sudo-1.8.31
4219:emacs21-21.4anb41
5006:pkgin-0.15.0nb1

pbulk isn't friendly towards more modest processors, nor is it easy to use 
with distcc, so last quarter we only got 767 packages built.

This quarter we have a new version of Perl, so none of the old packages 
were reusable and we've started from scratch. So far, we're only up to 60.

A pbulk run is currently running on a 50 MHz m68060 Amiga, plus a 
little help (manually compiling packages) on a 35 MHz m68040 Mac. I have a 
couple more m68040 Macs to add soon.
