Does anyone use xterm on NetBSD/m68k 7.0?

As reported in PR port-m68k/50386, xterm doesn't start properly
on NetBSD/x68k 7.0 and NetBSD/luna68k 7.0:

The PR subumitter also reported building src/lib/libc/gen/arc4random.c
with -O1 solves problem:

Does anyone see this xterm problem on other NetBSD/m68k ports?
(Note NetBSD 6.1.5 (both on x68k and luna68k) doesn't have this problem.)

There are two mejor changes between 6.1.5 and 7.0:
 - gcc is upgraded to 4.8.4
 - arc4random.c implementation is completely replaced with ChaCha20
   (from OpenBSD)

I wonder which one is more affected and how can we add proper test
for this problem..
