While searching on the website on means of designing a descrambling box
capable of descrambling cable TV/DSTV  signals without any subscription
cost, I came across this circuit design which could be acquired at the cost
of $5.00 signed by Seth Garner.

Could you please confirm the following:

(1) The cost of receiving the instructions and the diagram in case it has
changed from the advertised $5.00 to less or more.

(2) If on receipt  of the payment, the instructions/diagram can be sent via
e-mail to eliminate postage time.
