High School Course Requirements form (located in the application for
admissions),
Official ACT/SAT scores submitted directly to UMR from the testing agency
Non-Refundable Application Fee of $25.00,
Deadlines:  for enrollment in Fall semester - application must be complete
and in the Office of Admission by November 1 for first priority scholarship
consideration, February 1 for scholarship consideration, and July 1 for
admissions.  For enrollment in the Winter semester - application must be
complete and in the Office of Admission by December 1, and for enrollment in
the Summer semester - application must be complete and in the Office of
Admission prior to May 1.

Applying from High School / equivalent institution for a Bachelor's Degree
