Shouldn't that be obvious, as you have not done anything about this PR for
past two years or atleast there isn't any sign of such activity in PR. We
have analyzed it now somehow also, so maybe it should change to state
analyzed and add little note what is the current situation of this bug.
Closing it is also a one options, but as it seems to be a valid bug, I
don't think this a smart choise.

Also adding note about that this PR is under work, would help some other
poor person that happens to browse the database and wondering why this
bug is open and nothing seems to be done.

Anyway there should be one more status state before open, it should be
called as submitted. After somebody realy starts working on bug it should
be called as open. You are going fine job, but this would make GNATS even
better.
