Just as an information: I tried it on my Amiga (68040), too. If I can get
around the problem with the lock-mechanism it might work. If that is
commented out (#undef TEST_AND_SET_FEATURE or something like that in
BSD4.4-derived.h) it produces a longjmp-botch while installing the
database.

If you are successfull building it, please let me know.
