I plan to commit this PR, maybe slightly edited, sometime soon. I'll try
to check first if any of the used new constants collides with anything
else, but if any of you (mostly the m68k portmasters) detects on
browsing through the PR anything which is used someplace else, please
tell me.

Newly defined are:

an additional substructure of struct frame (F_fmt4), 
struct fpframe060,

and constants of the form 

FMT4
FMT4SIZE
FSLW_xxx
FPF6_xxx
