I've just committed some changes from the 4.4-Lite hp300 code which 
affect the other m68k ports as well.

1) copy.s is no longer included by default.  If you want it, ask for
it.  Perhaps at some point I will merge the new hp300 code back into
it, but not today.

2) The stack format for interrupts and traps is a little different.
There is now an additional short used for padding.  See frame.h and
db_machdep.h.

3) A bunch of macros in psl.h have been renamed.  Mainly, SSW_* is
now SSW4_*.
