Unwind - Take 2.

Hi,

The memory stack unwind appears to work now. I've checked in the
changes to CVS. I'd like to provide CVS readonly access for anonymous
logins. Any help (off-list) to this effect would be much appreciated.

Please note that the stack unwinder is not complete, neither anywhere
close to bug free. I'll fix it on an as needs basis, entirely for the
purpose of debugging the kernel. In other words, I hope to see the
code evolve along with the kernel. 

I think I can now focus completely on getting the kernel to boot :-)
