I'd say that license is as good as a BSD license (or rather, it's a BSD license with probably no clauses at all), as far as I can see.
I'd say use it.Dunno if we should add a copy of the license to src/share/legal/COPYRIGHT... maybe put clearing this with board%NetBSD.org@localhost on your todo list, if you decide to use it.
