"tw_cli" broken under NetBSD/i386 6.0

        Hello,

I've upgraded a friend's NetBSD/i386 system to NetBSD 6.0_STABLE today.
The machine uses a dated 3ware Escalade IDE RAID controller:

twe0 at pci2 dev 9 function 0: 3ware Escalade
twe0: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 18
twe0: 4 ports, Firmware FE7X 1.05.00.068, BIOS BE7X 1.08.00.048
twe0: Monitor ME7X 1.01.00.040, PCB Rev4 , Achip 3.20 , Pchip 1.30-66
twe0: port 1: WDC WD2500SB-01RFA0 239372 MB
twe0: port 2: WDC WD2500SB-01RFA0 239372 MB
ld0 at twe0 unit 1: TwinStor, status: Normal
ld0: 233 GB, 30515 cyl, 255 head, 63 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 490232704 sectors

Under NetBSD 5.1_STABLE I could use the FreeBSD "tw_cli" command to
check the status of the RAID. The commond does however no longer
work under NetBSD 6.0_STABLE:

tron@beaver:~#/usr/local/sbin/tw_cli info c0 u1
Error: (CLI:006) Specified unit does not exist.

I've attached a "ktrace" dump file.

Has anybody else seen this problem?

        Kind regards
