With the amd64 kernel on a Tyan S3992 motherboard with a pair of amd 
2212's i get constant interupts on ioapic0 pin 9.

unfortunatly boot with -v -x dosn't dump the interrupt routing like it 
does on i386, so i don't know how much help dmesg is, it's attached 
anyway.
