I have a T60, as do several others.  Mine has a 1400x1050 display; not
sure if you mean that size, or if one can now get 1680x1050.  I haven't
played with trying games under bsd - I can only use the xfree86 vesa
driver, which works fine for xterms, emacs, and even firefox with flash.

Suspend/resume doesn't work, though - that's the biggest annoyance for me now.

I haven't played with the Z series at all.  I wouldn't conclude that
those will work fine based on T series being ok, but they might well be
ok.
