I can confirm there is a problem with ioapic settings... I've tried
compiling kernel with and without ioapic and also installed
netbsd-daily/tar_files/generic one and same results.

Whenever i enable ioapic or use generic kernel, the notebook restarts itself
while booting. If i disable it, it boots.
