Apparently the i386, the vax and the algor build failed in -3,
log would have to be analyzed, I didn't understand it yet. Similar for -4.
I'll try a full -3-1 build here and report. Stay tuned.

(Besides - the _released_ versions of -3 and -4 are still available.)
