commenting out line 155 of src/sys/dev/mii/inphy.c:

/*       sc->mii_anegticks = 5; */

was enough for me.

I cited lines 309-314 of src/sys/dev/mii/mii_physubr.c as I was trying
to understand if commenting out line 155 of inphy.c might cause harm
to either of the fxp's I have.
