hi,
trying to set up an old dell latitude CP pentium laptop.

the dmesg doesn't seem to show the :

"dell fast ethernet 10/100 base-tx by 3Com"

pcmcia card as detected.

My other ( now dead ) dell cpi pII did no problems
but i can't remember what the device name was
that it detected. And it ran netbsd 1.5.something.

My dmesg should say "Ethernet" somewhere shouldn't it?
& from this line I would get the device name like fxp0
or something.

I think that the kernel code for this ethernet card
could be out of the kernel nowadays.

Would this be correct?

thanks,
Paul.
