I have tried to boot some kernels on my HP nc6220 laptop, on which the
i915 AGP patches were originally developed.

Booting
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-3-1-RC1/200608202102Z/i386/binary/kernel/netbsd-GENERIC.gz
works perfectly. dmesg output from the boot, as well as from booting
the released 3.0 GENERIC kernel
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-3.0/i386/binary/kernel/netbsd-GENERIC_LAPTOP.gz
is attached. (The sd0 stuff is the flash memories I used to boot from
and to store the dmesg output on.)

Booting GENERIC_LAPTOP hangs for both 3.0 and 3.1_RC1. The cause is
likely to be PCIBIOS related, but I haven't done further research as I
think it's unrelated to the problem at hand.

So: no regression on my HP nc6220 laptop.

/Micke
