Yes, you are right, this was my mistake. 

Now i will use an Intel Raid Controller SRCU42X. I think this will work in 
Netbsd, i hope (http://netbsd.gw.com/cgi-bin/man-cgi?amr+4+NetBSD-3.0).
But why isn`t the controller listed in the amr manpage of NetBSD greater 
than 3.0? Is there no further support?
