This is what I get when booting XEN0 + fw support (hand edited):

fwohci0: interrupting at irq 9, event channel 6
fwohci0: OHCI version 1.10 (ROM=3D0)
fwohci0: No. of isochronous channels is 4
uvm_fault (0xc08d8420,0xbff16000,0,2) -> 0xe
kernel: supervisor type pagefault, code=3D0
stoppped in pid 0.1 (swapper) at netbsd: bus_dmamem_map + 0x177: movl %eax,=
=20
0xbfe00000 (%edx)

A trace in the kernel debugger reveals the following abriviated sequence:

_bus_dmamem_map()
fwdma_malloc()
fwohci_init()
fwohci_pci_attach() <- not sure if I copied my handwriting correctly!
pci_probe_device()

I've also attached the XEN0 dmesg.log with fw support disabled

Let me know if you need any other info or tests done.
