This is actually not the same as an 'EtherExpress Pro/10' at all,  
which is supported by iy(4). I went through the troubles of this chip  
back in 2000. The closest match to the Pro/10+ is the fxp driver,  
which currently has no ISA attach glue. It should be relatively  
straight forward to write this -- would you be willing to try a patch?
