Hmm, it certainly looks odd - no PCI device anywhere, and sure enough no
USB controller.

Hmm, I see no PCI bus which is odd to say the least. So that's why it
doesn't see your USB controller and it won't be fast either. What kind
of chipset is that? Did you try other kernels?
