There's no such thing as a 'RedHat driver' :)
Anyway, they're usually Linux kernel modules so without the source the 
chances to get them working are more or less zero.

This is a different matter. If the driver is only a module for XFree86 
it may just work, if it requires a kernel module you're out of luck.
If there's no source code we can't do anything about it.
