I seem to remember noting that the au8820 had been added to current
some time back, but did not see a note about the au8830 (vortex 2)
chipset (nor did I find any of the vortex chips listed as
supported under the NetBSD/i386 Supported Hardware page) .

What is the status of the au8830 in current?  I have a Diamond
MX300 that I would like to get running on NetBSD.  (OpenBSD did
mention that mickey is working on support for the chipset.)
