	Hello Folks.  I'm running a new 1.6.1_RC2 kernel
with 1.6 binaries.  I notice that ps(1) doesn't show start times for
processes older than 24 hours.  Instead, it shows a "-".  Is this a known
problem or should I send-pr it?

P.S.  It might be an MI problem, but since I can't tell, I thought I'd
